Ordering online is quick and easy.  

Simply place the Items you want in your basket by indicating the quantity and choosing the ADD TO YOUR BASKET button on the Item's page.  Text will appear beneath the ADD TO YOUR BASKET button that indicates how many of the current items are in your basket.  Whenever you return to an item that is in your basket, the text beneath the ADD TO YOUR BASKET button will indicate the quantity if any of that item currently in your basket. You can adjust the quantity of an item in your basket by choosing the ADD TO YOUR BASKET button again.

You can view the contents of your Basket at any time by choosing the BASKET button in the main menu.  You can adjust quantities or delete items directly from your Basket.

When your order is complete, simply choose the CHECKOUT button at the top of the Basket page.  

If you have already registered you can simply sign in using your username and password.  Then simply confirm your account information, review your order and choose the Submit button.  The details of your order will be displayed and an email with the same information will be sent to you.  We will then contact you to confirm your order.  

If you are not registered you choose the Not Registered? link.  You will then be asked for your contact information and shipping and billing information.  You can then review your order and choose the Submit button.  The details of your order will be displayed and an email with the same information will be sent to you.  We will then contact you to confirm your order.  

If you are registering for the first time, you will also receive an email allowing you to confirm your email address and create your account.  Simply follow the instructions in the email.  

Once we have your order, we will contact you by phone or email about availability and UPS shipping costs. Dandelion accepts all major credit cards. We ship from our warehouse in San Francisco, and will only charge for what we are shipping — never for out-of-stock or back-ordered items.
